Hypnosis Recording: Self Love
In this hypnosis you’ll work on accessing a secure and safe space of the subconscious mind. In this settled space you will give power to the idea of moving out of your comfort zone and moving forward in your life, opening up to new experiences and adventures that life has to offer.
We seek a path to freedom and self love, and commit to letting go of negative feelings that will hold you back from where you want to be. We commit ourselves to having only loving thoughts toward yourself and letting go of any outdated patterns or perceptions of yourself that don’t bring you the highest good.
Remember that you can choose to love and accept yourself as you are. When things don’t turn out the way you expect, ask yourself ‘How much more can I love myself right now?’ Own all your parts: mind, body, ideas, will, subconscious, higher self – they all fit together in a puzzle to complete beautiful you.
I encourage you to listen to this session three times a week to continue to release any negative habitual thought patterns and continue to follow the path of your purpose with a new sense of lightness, knowing that you are authentically you.
