Getting Started with Your Healy
I am so excited for you to begin your journey with Healy. Healy has been an incredible blessing in my life and I can’t wait for you to experience the benefits.
Here are some tips and resources to get you started…
GETTING SET UP
Healy will send you a welcome email after you purchase. Be sure to read through it carefully and follow the links to learn about your new bio-resonance device.
The Healy Academy will teach you everything you need to use your Healy. There is much to explore, and it will take some time to get to know all the facets of what this amazing tool can do. The Academy breaks it down step by step.
(If you are a member, you can also find the Academy by logging into your back office, navigating to “tools”, and then to “My Academy”.)
This video will walk you through the whole process of setting up and using your Healy.
When you get your Healy you will need to charge it for a few hours. I recommend carving out some time after charging to sit down with the video and the Healy so you can follow along step by step.
*TIP* When using your Healy you will need to completely close out (close, not just leave) whichever app you are not currently on. For instance, if you run a scan in blue app you need to COMPLETELY close the app (swipe up) before going to the pink app to run your program. 99% of connectivity or glitchy behavior from your Healy is because the other app is open in the background.
Start your Healy journey with the Gold Pure program. After that, use the Gold programs for the first week or two to integrate the frequencies.
During normal use, you do not want to do more than 3 pink app programs in a day. When you are beginning, I suggest starting with just one.
The percentage of micro-current that is appropriate varies form person to person. My recommendation is to start low, around 20% and increase from there if you feel you need more.
Please see my notes below – some of us are quite sensitive and need to start even slower.
MY PERSONAL NOTES
Some of us are very sensitive to frequency/energy and need to start with the micro-current pretty low. I had to begin around 5-10% and even then couldn’t run a full program in the beginning. If you find yourself sensitive, I definitely recommend starting low and slow. More is not necessarily better. Let your body tell you what you need.
In the case that you also need to start with the micro-current low, don’t worry about the line around the circle being white until you’re able to turn it up.

The first place to resource if you have questions about using your device is the Academy or the Zoom video above. They will cover almost everything!
The FAQ page on the Healy website also has a lot of helpful info.
If you have a question about what program to run for a specific issue you are experiencing, you can use the Heal Advisor App. This comes with every Healy, and you can learn more about that on the Academy as well.
There is a manual feature in settings on both your pink and blue apps, as well as training videos in settings on your blue app.
If you have problems with your device, there is a troubleshooting feature in the support section on the website, and also an option to send in a support ticket. Please give support 72 hours to respond to you.
