Thank you for the activation

You can stop the story of who is doing what to you, and push right on past that.

You’re cooking with gas when you can stop the story of who is doing what to you, and push right on past it to:

“Ah yes, this is here for me. I have choices in how I want to show up next. This person is giving me the opportunity to decide if I either move closer, or further away from myself in this moment.”

Because when we tell the story - and we might first need to get it all out once in the retelling - we can easily cross the line into obsessing: going over the minute details, thinking about what we’ll say to them on a loop, how wrong it is, etc… You know, the spin cycle.

In this stalling, we lose our power and we hand it right on over to them. And I don’t know about you, but I’ve come way too far for an energy leak of that caliber.

Because they’re not our higher power. And we make them that when we hyper-focus on them in this way. It’s really more about what they’re conjuring up in US.

At the end of the day, we are in major cahoots with our own creative and divine energy. By now, we are deep on the relational path with ourselves.

So we have the flexibility to pivot on the story, and move right on into gratitude, saying thanks for the activation, friend:

“I get to work things out with my one true self. Thanks for all the material and the context to figure out what action I’m taking next to nurture and heal myself around this. This is what I came for.”
