Meditation

A meditation practice is essential to create a steadiness within, form a deeper connection to yourself and other relationships that matter. It is an accelerator for productivity and presence. Learn a helpful tool to connect and to experience inner peace and emotional regulation within four types of meditation techniques.

Whether as a one-on-one or as a collective, Ryan breaks down how to meditate and how to incorporate it into daily schedules.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis allows us to go deeper into healing by looking at what limiting beliefs are holding you back from being the fullest expression of yourself. Through what feels like a guided relaxation into a receptive brainwave state - Theta - your highest intentions for yourself can be suggested and can take root at the deepest level of being for lasting change.

Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful tool for people and associations that require the use of one's own breath for a steady, rhythmic pattern of breathing that assists the body to let go of what is ready to be released. This is a very gentle, yet highly effective breathwork technique that heals and also reprograms the subconscious mind.

Sound

We can move energy through our systems through sound. Sound is healing and can unlock energy within us that gets locked and stagnant. Crystal bowls provide clear sound tones, promoting focused awareness and a relaxed mindset, naturally guiding you into a meditative state.
Each different bowl plays a single note that corresponds to an energy center in your body (a chakra—there are seven).
